Many pubs, cafes and restaurants are re-opening over the next week or moving from a take away only service to table service. Here are a few ideas of family-friendly places for you to try if you are hoping to get out as a family soon.
Fosso Lounge, Wells
The Fosso Lounge is a home from home, located on Wells High Street and reopening on Saturday 4th July. Normal opening hours will resume, find out more HERE.
La Rocca, Cheddar
La Rocca is an Italian Restaurant located at the bottom of Cheddar Gorge. They are looking forward to welcoming customers back on Saturday 4th July and will be open from 12pm to 10pm. Booking is recommended and can be done by calling 01934 743782 or visiting their website HERE.
The Star Inn, nr Sidcot
The Star Inn is a traditional country pub located on the A38 just outside Sidcot. Serving delicious home cooked fresh pub favourites and traditional Sunday roasts, their doors are re-opening on Monday 6th July. The Sheppey Inn, Lower Godney nr Wells

The New Inn @ Cross

The Blue Bowl Inn, West Harptree
The Blue Bowl Inn is a traditional country pub in the heart of the Chew Valley, they open their doors on Tuesday 7th July for food and drinks. They are taking booking for up to 8 people inside the pub, they will be asking for your name and contact details but promise not to send you any love letters. The Old Tannery, Glastonbury
The former Bocabar will be re-opening as The Old Tannery on Thursday 9th July. Set in the Red Brick Buildings between Glastonbury and Street, their doors will be open from 9.30am to serve food, coffees, cocktails and much more.
