Four and a half days of expert guidance and coaching from the Millfield Team and Team GB Olympian Jazz Carlin, helping swimmers achieve their goals with support, advice and unique training plans.

Swimmers will benefit from all the tools that Jazz has learnt and experienced during her extensive swimming career, with accolades of Double Olympic Silver Medalist, Commonwealth Gold Medalist, four times European Champion and European and British Record Holder. 

Jazz and the team will help swimmers improve their training in and out of the pool through skills focus swimming sessions, strength and conditioning workshops, pre and post pool activities, a nutrition seminar and a Q&A with the team. 

Most meals are served in the dining hall with a range of options to promote a healthy and balanced diet. Our fantastic in-house catering team are experienced in catering for different dietary requirements and lifestyle preferences.  

Refreshments will be provided throughout the day, with fruit, snacks and drinks also provided in our modern on-site accommodation in the evenings for swimmers choosing the residential option.  

Please note, these camps are suitable for club level swimmers and above only.
