The Strawberry Line is almost entirely traffic free, very flat (just one small hill) and perfect for cruising through the Somerset country side and gaining confidence on a bike. The whole route is 11miles from Cheddar to Yatton and can be continued to the sea front at Clevedon easily. 

There is a 250 meter tunnel that is a highlight for many, and the path is simple to follow allowing a sense of adventure to the younger ones riding with a bit of independence for the first time.  

Our maps highlight some of the appropriate refreshment stops, conveniences, cafes.... (and pubs... shhh)  along the way.
