The SPACE is a small local charity working in the Cheddar Valley area to encourage and support good mental health in young people aged 4 to 18 years of age. Working with local activity providers our activity programme is designed to encourage an increase in wellbeing, self-esteem, and confidence as well as inspiring individual development.

Each activity costs £5 per person (The Space subsides the remaining costs) as is available for children and young people living or schooling in the Cheddar Valley area.

Activities - Children and young people are invited to take part in a wide range of activities and this booklet details all the activities on offer. There is something for everyone, including sports, arts and crafts, relaxation, environmental awareness, gardening to teddy bear’s picnics.
