Ball’s Deep Chilli Jams and Sauces are brought to you by husband and wife team Paul and Sarah Ball.

Paul has had a passion for growing chillies for many years, this originally took place on a small scale in the family home until he began to use a polytunnel in which to grow his plants.

When Paul had far too many chillies to know what to do with, he began experimenting by making chilli jams and sauces.
